On Monday, April 7, 2025, AXS Change Finance ESG ETF (NYSE Arca: CHGX) will be listed on the Nasdaq Global Market. This ETF will merge with Stance Sustainable Beta ETF (Nasdaq: STSB) and trade under the symbol: CHGX on Nasdaq.

This fund will continue to be listed on NYSE Arca through Friday, April 4, 2025.

What database changes do Nasdaq market data redistributors need to make to accommodate the new listing?

Nasdaq asks that all market data redistributors update their database to reflect the new listing market for AXS Change Finance ESG ETF after market close on Friday, April 4, 2025. Nasdaq requests that market data redistributors retain historical data for CHGX; historical data should be carried over from NYSEARCA:CHGX to NASDAQ:CHGX, effective Monday, April 7th, 2025.

When the fund moves from NYSE Arca to Nasdaq, firms will see a change in the consolidated data source Stance Sustainable Beta ETF. Please note that the consolidated market data for all Nasdaq-listed funds is disseminated via the UTP Quotation Data Feed (UQDF) and UTP Trade Data Feed (UTDF). Firms will begin to see quotation and trade data for these ETFs on UQDF and UTDF beginning in the pre-market trading hours on Monday, April 7, 2025.

For firms that report end-usage numbers by the query, Nasdaq reminds them that the Level 1, Nasdaq Basic and Nasdaq Last Sale (NLS) counts should include quote and trade queries for these ETFs beginning on Monday, April 7, 2025.

Empowered Funds, LLC d/b/a ETF Architect announced that the Stance Sustainable Beta ETF (ticker: STSB), a series of EA Series Trust, successfully completed its acquisition of the assets of the AXS Change Finance ESG ETF (ticker: CHGX), formerly a series of Investment Managers Series Trust II, after the close of business on April 4, 2025 (the “Acquisition”). As a result of the Acquisition, the Stance Sustainable Beta ETF (the “Stance ETF”) began trading under the “CHGX” ticker symbol effective April 7, 2025. Additionally, as the accounting survivor of the Acquisition, the Stance ETF will adopt the performance and financial history of the AXS Change Finance ESG ETF with the following details beginning April 7, 2025 on the conversion ratio for financial history.
