At a special meeting to be held on April 29, 2025, the shareholders of Vacasa, Inc. (VCSA) will vote on the proposed merger with Casago Holdings, LLC. If approved, the merger is tentatively scheduled to close prior to the market open on May 1, 2025. In anticipation of the closing, the stock will be halted immediately following the after-hours session at or around 7:50 p.m. on April 30, 2025. If the merger closes as anticipated, the stock will remain halted on the day of closing (May 1st) and will be suspended effective May 2, 2025. The details are as follows:
