The business combination of AGBA Group Holding Limited (AGBA/W) & Triller Group Inc resulting in a Change of Control closed Tuesday, October 15th. As a result, AGBA Group Holding Limited (AGBA) will undergo a one-for-four (1-4) reverse stock split along with a change of corporate name, symbol and CUSIP number. As a result of the merger the combined company will redomicile from Hong Kong to Delaware and the par value will change from US $0.000516 to US $0.001. These changes will be effective at the open of business on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
