The business combination of HighCape Capital Acquisition Corp. (CAPA/W/U) and Quantum-Si Incorporated was completed today, Thursday, June 10, 2021. Following the completion of the business combination, the company's Common Stock (CAPA) and Warrants (CAPAW) will undergo a name, symbol, and CUSIP number change and the company's Units (CAPAU) will be suspended from trading. In conjunction with the change of name, the common stock and warrant will list on the Nasdaq Global Market. These actions will become effective on Friday, June 11, 2021.
