At a special meeting held on December 18, 2020, the unit holders of Mid-Con Energy Partners, LP (MCEP) approved a merger with Contango Oil & Gas Co. (MCF). The merger closed prior to the market open today, January 21, 2021. In anticipation of the closing, the stock was halted immediately following the after-hours session at 8 p.m. on January 20, 2021. The stock will remain halted on the day of closing (January 21st) and will be suspended effective January 22, 2021. The details are as follows:
