Quhuo Limited (QH) will effect a one-for-ten (1-10) reverse split of its American Depositary Shares and a ratio change from One (1) ADS representing one (1) Ordinary Shares (1:1) to one (1) ADS representing ten (10) Ordinary Shares (1:10). These changes will become effective on Friday, August 12, 2022. In conjunction with the reverse split, the CUSIP number will change to 74841Q209.
