Pending filing with the SEC, the following pricing changes will be effective Monday, August 1, 2022, for Nasdaq.

New Rebate to Add Displayed Liquidity

The following displayed rebates will be added:

Per Share Executed
Liquidity Code
1. Firm increases Adding by 20% vs. July 2022 TCV; and
2. Minimum Add volume of at least 5 million shares ADV
$0.0020 (other than Supplemental Orders or Designated Retail Orders) A, 7, 8, a, x or y

New Supplemental Rebate to Add Non-Displayed Midpoint Liquidity

The following supplemental non-displayed rebates will be added:

1. Firm grows midpoint add volume as a percentage of TCV by 50% or more vs. July 2022 midpoint add volume; and
2. Minimum of 10 million shares of midpoint liquidity added per day
